Teal's own site says 4 million professionals have used it, and the reason is narrow but real: job searching generates admin that nothing else handles well. The free tier is unusually generous — unlimited resumes, unlimited job tracking, unlimited exports as PDF or DOC — so most people never need to pay. Teal+ mainly removes caps on AI credits and resume analysis. Try the free version for two weeks of applications first; only upgrade if you are applying at volume and hitting the limits.

1. Tailors one resume per job posting

2. Keeps the whole search in one place

   The Job Tracker bookmarks roles from major job boards through a Chrome extension, records application status, interview dates and contacts, and stores notes per company. 3. AI drafts bullets, you still edit
